The information that we need to know is already on the sites of the Police, FBI, Red Cross, etc. Jebbit adds an interactive navigation system on top of a select set of these web pages for easy registration (you can stay anonymous) and as a "tutorial."
Citizens who answer questions correctly will earn a certification badge of completion that they can show on their websites and Social Media. There may also be a pin to wear proudly to show that you are on the watch.
